RENTAL POLICY

RENTAL PERIOD

Each garment rented has a rental period of 3 days only and shall be returned on the 3rd day unless specified otherwise. A daily penalty charge of P888-1,500 per day will be charged for each rental item that was returned past its return date.

Day 1 – Pickup or receiving of gown (10am to 2pm)

Day 2 – Use of gown

Day 3 – Return of gown

- Expect our call or pickup at 8am

If you’re in other country we will give a different timeline depending in your location.

We have no control over the shipping company but we will help to assist you in following up your shipment.
Customers are expected to notify Mystical Wardrobes urgently if there is a delay in returning the item.

DOWNPAYMENT IS NON REFUNDABLE

You can request our gcash account once you can settle within 5 hours.

STRICTLY NO REFUND

Cancellation or Rescheduling fee of 1,900 to 2,488 pesos per gown will be charged depending in your location as other clients could have taken your slot.

Changing of gowns fee starts at 1,900-2,488 if the chosen gown is not available on the reschedule date. Subject to availability
Rescheduling fee starts at 1,900-2,488. Subject to gown's availability. If the gown is not available you will choose to the available gowns and you will still pay 1,900-2,488 pesos since we already blocked the gown for your date. The client can only reschedule the gown 1 week before your desired date. Rescheduling fee is not applicable if the client already received the gown.
Rescheduling and Cancellation is applicable even the event of the client is cancelled as other clients could have taken your slot.

STRICTLY NO ALTERATIONS WILL BE ALLOWED WITH ANY RENTAL GOWN

Any alteration done with the rented gown will be considered as damage.

DAMAGE FEE

If you return a Product that is damaged beyond normal wear and tear, then you agree that we shall charge you, and you shall pay, for the price for repairing or replacing the Product, as determined in our discretion, up to the Retail Value for the Product. Damages fee ranges from 400-18,888 php for gowns and wings.

PROVIDE ID

Any 2-3 Valid ID.

Customers are expected to notify Mystical Wardrobes urgently if there is a delay in returning the item. If you notify us late we might charge more than

SECURITY FEE

We don't charge security fee unless specified.

RUSH FEE

If you booked before the day you will pay 288-588 rush fee for laundry

SOFT COPIES

All clients are required to send atleast 20 plus photos and video while wearing our wardrobes. We will use it for

marketing purposes.

LAUNDRY

Mystical Wardrobes will be responsible in dry cleaning the gown before and after use. The laundry fee is already included in our rates. However, there will be an extra charge if you will return the gown dirty and damage.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Due to the nature of the item being worn multiple times since it is for rental, there may be minor stains, rip, missing beads, stuck zippers, and other normal wear and tear concerns. The condition of rental gowns is "as new" or "near new". Please do not worry as the normal wear and tear caused by previous clients will not be shouldered by the present renter.

Upon delivery, you bear responsibility for the Product(s). Please treat the Products with great care. You are responsible for loss, destruction or damage to the Products due to theft, mysterious disappearance, fire, major stains or any other cause, other than normal wear and tear.

SHIPPING

Shipping fee depends in your location and courier, the fee is shouldered by client. For wings rental we only allow car pickup. After answering the Rental form, we will send the estimated day of shipping. If the product is returned late, you will be charged 888-1,500 depending in location.

Go to “How to rent” answer and send us the rental form. Our rates depends in the availability of the design of the gown, size and your location.

No physical store. Reservation is through online bookings as of now.

Mystical wardrobes is inside Metro Manila Philippines. We ship Nationwide and Worldwide.

The consequence of not following the rental policy or not paying us including the rescheduling fee, cancellation, damage fee and everything mentioned above, you will be posted in our social media account.
