THE MOST COMMON QUESTIONS

How does Laundry / Dry cleaning?

Mystical Wardrobes will be responsible in dry cleaning the gown before and after use. The laundry fee is already included in our rates. However, there will be an extra charge if you will return the gown dirty and damage.

How's the gown condition?

Due to the nature of the item being worn multiple times since it is for rental, there may be minor stains, rip, missing beads, stuck zippers, and other normal wear and tear concerns. The condition of rental gowns is "as new" or "near new". Please do not worry as the normal wear and tear caused by previous clients will not be shouldered by the present renter. As for the gown boning, the client may remove them if uncomfy or if it's poking out of the corset. The structure of the gown won't be affected much because the bodice is well stuctured.

Upon delivery, you bear responsibility for the Product(s). Please treat the Products with great care. You are responsible for loss, destruction or damage to the Products due to theft, mysterious disappearance, fire, major stains or any other cause, other than normal wear and tear.

 

How shipping works?

Shipping fee depends in your location and courier, the fee is shouldered by client. For wings rental we only allow car pickup.  After answering the Rental form, we will send the estimated day of shipping. If the product is returned late, you will be charged 888-1,500 depending in location.

Measurements and size of the gown?

Most of the items fits XS, S, M & L. Kindly send us a message to inquire about the sizing of our gowns.

Rates / How much rent? 

Go to “How to rent” answer and send us the rental form.

How long can we have the gown?

Each garment rented has a rental period of 3 days only and shall be returned on the 3rd day unless specified otherwise. A daily penalty charge of P888-1,500 per day will be charged for each rental item that was returned past its return date.

Day 1 – Pickup or receiving of gown

Day 2 – Use of gown

Day 3 – Return of gown

NON REFUNDABLE OR REFUNDABLE?

Cancellation or rescheduling will automatically forfeit the reservation fee as other clients could have taken your slot. Rescheduling and Cancellation fee of 1,000 pesos per gown will be charged depending in your location.

Are Alterations allowed?

Any alteration done with the rented gown will be considered as damage.

 

How much for damage fee?

If you return a Product that is damaged beyond normal wear and tear, then you agree that we shall charge you, and you shall pay, for the price for repairing or replacing the Product, as determined in our discretion, up to the Retail Value for the Product. Damages fee ranges from 400-18,888php for gowns and wings.

Provide proof of payment and send a photo of your Valid ID

Customers are expected to notify Mystical Wardrobes urgently if there is a delay in returning the item.
